Who we are

Iain Wotherspoon is Chairman of Caledon Green and Caledon Buccleuch, building on his property development expertise in creating Kilmartin, one of the UK’s leading private property companies. He operates his own hydro electric plant in the Scottish Highlands.

David Peck is an experienced property developer and investor with involvement in many wide-ranging projects around the UK and overseas. In particular, Buccleuch Property places a major emphasis on sustainability, ensuring activities provide a lasting legacy for occupiers and investors.

Ranald Boydell is an architect and has developed a thorough understanding of the importance of renewable energy systems to the Climate Change agenda, and the emerging role of such systems in property development, in his role as sustainable development director for Kilmartin.

Ann Fazakerley has spent her entire career in sales and marketing and has developed effective marketing strategies for numerous Scottish companies in a wide variety of industry sectors, most recently with Octagon Europe, promoting an innovative building system for use in disaster relief and emergency shelter around the world.

Andy Wiseman is a professional chartered forester, with over 25 years experience in the public and private sectors, specialising in project delivery for the innovative use of wood for a wide rage of customers. He has been instrumental in winning major biomass projects to date.
